The Benefits of Tea Time

One of our favorite night time rituals is drinking herbal teas. Chamomile, ginger, acai berry, and hibiscus teas are rich in flavonoids and help lower blood pressure, reduce stress, and help prepare your body for sleep.

If you haven’t already, try adding a cup of hot herbal tea to your nightly routine to help relax and unwind you from the day. It can help reduce your overall caloric intake and strengthen your immune system, especially if you skip the refined sugar and artificial sweeteners. Instead, use a tablespoon of raw, unfiltered, and unpasteurized honey to sweeten your tea and to boost the antibacterial and anti-fungal properties of your soothing drink.
